The staff is professional and informative during the service process. It may seem that you spend a long time waiting but believee when I say that it is worth the wait because they are very thorough. They make the progress of repairs accessible to the customer by status updates via text messaging as well as video inspection. i took my car to be serviced at this place for 2 years .2 2 weeks ago i did a car fax report on my car because i wont to trade it in ..i was suprised to find they had not reported anything done to car ..not 2 weeks ago i did a car fax report on my car because i wont to trade it in ..i was suprised to find they had not reported anything done to car ..not 1 thing when i called this morning the girl i spoke with tells me she has no idea what i am saying ..when i asked about it..really you sell certifed used cars with car fax.. but after reading my last trip recipe..yes i will never see it or a copy of anything i had done by this place..it will show they riped me off .. bbb complaint on the way More
