It was a little out of my way but the best decision I could have made. John and Willian made my car buying experience simple and very comfortable. The were not pushy and they actually let me test drive the vehicle for the night and leave my old car there. In doing so I was able to see how the car would handle my 60 mile commute daily. Amazing I tell you the staff there made sure that I was able to leave with a new vehicle and a low interest rate. I went to Kia Lokey in Clearwater and I w I tell you the staff there made sure that I was able to leave with a new vehicle and a low interest rate. I went to Kia Lokey in Clearwater and I was told by them that I actually needed to make at least $60,000 in order to get a loan and that needed to give them at least $3000. down payment and that my car payment would be $600. a month but your gentleman especially Nelson and one other young man whose name I forgot earned their the paid that day. I am very grateful to the whole sales team that had my back while I was there. The staff was very friendly and respectful, It was my pleasure to be part of Kai experience. I would not hesitate for a min to recommend The New Kia of Westley Chapel. Thank you all once again. Easy, pleasant, and relaxed. Friendly staff. No pressure. From the second my Wife and I got out of the car, we were greeted by 3 genuinely friendly people. This wasn't your typical high pressure car lot greeting. Ed was our sales person. He was a pleasure to work with. He showed us several cars and brought each of them to the front for us to test drive. He was always very polite, personable, and professional. Manny was very knowledgeable, and was able to give us very detailed info on any of the cars we were interested in. Luis was the manager on duty. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. We ended up spending several hours there and they all patiently stayed after closing on a Sunday night. . This was the first dealership we went to and we had no intention of buying a car that fast. After spending so much time with these gentlemen, my wife and I decided we would be buying our next car from them! Whether it was that day, or sometime in the future. Luis went to bat for us and we struck a deal that night. Tim Ousley in finance took the ball from there. We had some unusual circumstances, but he was able to put everything together for us. He was very thorough in explaining the financing and walking us through the paperwork. I normally wouldn't ramble on like this, but I don't feel like I can say enough about the guys we dealt with and the overall painless, and even pleasurable experience we had buying the car.
