Beautiful Dealership, was nicely renovated, good selections to choose from. Sales staff was amazing; loved working with Ismael Tiburico. He was very personable and had us laughing and enjoying the entire experience. What we loved as well was his ability to eliminate the back and forth negotiating, which is our most dreaded part of buying a car. Ismael has been with this dealership for many, many years and we knew we were in good hands. The floor manager Israel S. was amazing as well. Always coming to check on us, making sure we were happy. Our wait for the finance signing was minimal and Ismael got us in quickly. Alejandra P. remembered us from our last car we purchased thru them years ago! Alejandra was very pleasant, thorough, answered all questions AND got us out in record time! Oh, she was bilingual...and so was Ismael and Israel! A truly fun group of people.
