This is the best dealership I have ever been to! Not only was everyone accomodating but I felt as if I was part of a family. I did not have to go through back and forth negotiating and was not pressured into was everyone accomodating but I felt as if I was part of a family. After my husband purchased his car we received a phone call by this lovely lady who thanked us for our purchase and invited us to a New Owner Event and dinner! The service was awesome from the time we walked through the door. Debra and I felt really good. Our Salesman met us at the door and from then we knew we were at the right dealership. He worked with us and asked plenty of questions and found everything we needed and even stayed after he was suppose to get off to make sure we were satisfied. That's going over and beyond service. Loved it! They worked and worked until they found exactly what fit our needs. We needed two vehicles. They didn't try to sell us something just to make an commission but they worked to satisfy us until we drove off the lot and they worked to fit our budget. Great cars. We are very excited about our purchase. All of the staff members were there to make sure we were comfortable and that really says a lot about the owner and integrity of their business. Really peaceful and an environment without pressure. Sadly, Kia did not offer any incentives this month for any Sportage models. Because of that my wife and I spent time researching and visiting each dealer within a 30 mile radius of our home. My wife and any Sportage models. Because of that my wife and I spent time researching and visiting each dealer within a 30 mile radius of our home. My wife and I visited Precision Kia as the third dealership looking for just the right Sportage. We spoke with Jerry Spence, a very personable and straightforward young man. Since we came prepared, both with financing in hand and written estimates from the other two dealers we visited, Jerry was at a bit of a disadvantage. However, he provided us with not only the exact Sportage we wanted (the other dealers had to order our car or color), but included many 'options' in the rock bottom price quoted. In fact the price exceeded the lowest price we obtained by more than $125.00 while including enough small upgrades and 'at cost' additions we wanted - that his price for the out-the-door (tax-tags-etc.) Sportage could not be equaled. After about 30 seconds of thought and a look from my wife, we said absolutely and shook hands on the deal. We now await the dealer upgrades to be completed and all the legalities handled and will take possession later this week. Since we could not inspect the vehicle in its final delivery state, as of this writing our rating for Quality of Work could not honestly be answered. We will update our rating after formal delivery and inspection of the vehicle. 06/29/2013 - Accepted delivery of the vehicle today. I requested at time of agreement that they NOT rush to deliver the vehicle, but to do the upgrade correctly - the first time . The Sportage was delivered exactly as promised, clean, filled and ready to go. THANK YOU JERRY, TRAVIS AND BRENDA for a smooth and easy purchase. More

Overall a positive experience, especially with our sales woman Sonia Toulouse. She was great to deal with & a pleasure to speak to. A customer should never have to point out mistakes to the dealership on their own paperwork in regard to basic math but it is what it is. After two mistakes were made on the business end of the purchase they did rectify them appropriately and we were happy with the deal we got. If you want to deal with a great sales person see Sonia, you will not be disappointed. More
My car buying experience with this dealership was fine, but they have the worst service department. There is always only 1 guy working the service counter so you’re always waiting for them to get off the but they have the worst service department. There is always only 1 guy working the service counter so you’re always waiting for them to get off the phone or finish up with a customer. You just don’t get a sense of urgency that I’ve seen at other dealerships (I’ve recently owned a Honda and Mazda) so it's already a slow process. I recently stopped in because my windshield washer fluid wasn't coming out. I was told I needed to have the pump replaced and that they’d have to order the part. The service guy said it would take about 5 to 7 days for the part to get in and then they would give me a call to set up a follow up appointment. A week went by, I called and the part still wasn’t there. I never got a call from Kia and ironically the fluid started to work on its own. Today I called Kia for the heck of it to see if the part had come in (it’s now been a month). The guy put me on hold for a few minutes and said “oh yeah it’s in, do you want to set up an appointment?” I told him I was angry that no one had ever called me and all he said was, “I guess we’ll just send the part back”. If I didn’t have a prepaid service plan with Kia I would go somewhere else!! More
