When I arrived there, John Mastropasqua approached us in a nice friendly manner. He made us feel comfortable right away and he was down to earth with showing no signs of pressure! He showed us to the Kia Soul's and prepared a car that we had an interest in test driving. From the time we got back is when I actually thought the pressure was going to escalade into a sale pitch on us. But I was wrong, the experience was the opposite. He made my entire family feel welcome and at home while we sat talking about our best options. Throughout our past experiences with dealership negotiations and hours of waiting around time, Fucillo Kia gave me a whole new outlook on buying a new car! When we decide again to be in the market, I won't hesitate to go back! Thank you John Mastropasqua! More

Like Walking Into A Three-Ring Circus WOW ... total disappoint ... First of all, I have to comment on the total chaos and overwhelming presence of sale people there are when you first walk WOW ... total disappoint ... First of all, I have to comment on the total chaos and overwhelming presence of sale people there are when you first walk into the "showroom". They just have table setup in the showroom ... no cars ... for that matter the only cars on the lot are their used car selection. They only show you test drive models ... all their new cars are stored on lots elsewhere. Second, I had completed the pre-approval application online and had to call them two days later to find out the status -- which I was told I was approved and to come on down with some paperwork. I did go down and picked a car, went through all the typical sales questions -- how much down, payment you want etc. I told them I had $1500 cash down (no trade) and wanted a payment of no more then $400. I was told that is very doable ... so I waited ... to only be insulted with being asked for OVER $2300 down and a payment of $536. Bottom line ... there is a lot of fast talking, unethical sales tactics being used. I left without buying a car. Good news is I purchased a better model Soul with the exact down payment and payment I wanted from Century Kia in Tampa. Drive the extra few miles to Tampa ... trust me you wont be disappointed. More

The sales guys are all sitting outside like a flock of vultures. I test drove a k900 which is a sparkling piece of crap. The sales guy, Juan, was honest enough to tell me that even he wouldn't buy the car and highly recommended that I lease it. He then went on with the typical lie that he doesn't make commission on leases but he has a sales manager that will try to beat me up over the price. He wasn't wrong about the beating. I couldn't believe the amount of money they were asking for this lease. Over $3,000 down and a monthly payment over $600 a month. I don't have perfect credit, 640 fico score, but didn't expect such a high monthly payment for what amounts to a poor driving car with a lot of features. I left and went to Crown Hyundai and purchased a brand new Genesis with a $347 a month car payment. Glad I walked away from the crooks at Fuccillo. More

To make matters worse, the service consultant did a bait-and-switch on the tires: I had been quoted a price on tires with a 60,000 mile warranty, but they installed substandard Nexen tires instead. The dealership also provided no ownership materials on the tires. If you want your time wasted and your money stolen, this is your dealership. More

This dealership caught my attention with their looney commercials. I admit I was somewhat curious and went there yesterday afternoon. Upon arriving we were swarmed with several salespersons asking to help us. I said that we were shopping for a vehicle and wanted to know if the vehicles were in the showroom. One salesperson said yes and my daughter and I entered. There was such chaos in the showroom with tables, chairs and people all around but no cars. We went back outside and I said to the same salesperson, "I thought you said the cars were inside". He said he misunderstood and that all of the cars were outside. I told him that I wanted to get an idea of what vehicle I should get and price. Now I understand that you can't give me a firm and final price until after you check my credit but this guy went straight into credit application. I told him I wouldn't. He asked me to wait while he spoke with a manager. While waiting for the manager my daughter and I agreed that this sales person had no knowledge or experience and was just trying to sell cars at any cost including lying. We got up and started to walk out. We noticed the salesperson and a manager starting to approach us as we were leaving. Neither attempted to stop us. I guess these cars are just jumping off the lot. Oh well their loss. We ended up at Kuhn Honda on Dale Mabry where we just closed a great deal. The customer respect and service here is much better than the gimmicks at Fuccillo. Shame on you FUCCILLO. The only thing we saw that was huge was our disappointment. More
Beware Wesley Chapel I live near their Cape Coral FL dealership and have a KIA I took it in to have a recall notice taken care of. After 1 1/2 hours they came back said thanks for coming in you are all taken care of gave me my keys and paperwork. I put the paperwork in the glove compartment and left. The next day a nice lady called and asked when I wanted to come back and have the work done. I thanked her but said the work had been done. She asked if I could get the paperwork they gave me, I did, and she was right. The part the guy the day before said was put on wasnt. MY FAULT! I TAKE THE BLAME! I SHOULD NOT HAVE LISTENED TO FUCCILLIOS REP When I called KIa to complain, they stated they could do nothing to compensate me, but said they told KIA owners when this happened to call the dealership back and asked about compensation. When I called back I got the service manager. He agreed it was their mistake but said he could do nothing to compensate me for it. He expected me to take more time off from work (losing money) and drive 30 miles because of their mistake. They scheduled the time because they had to get the part.. I dont know if they lost the part or ordered the wrong part. Businesses do make mistakes but then they make it right with their customer.
