Best Dealership I have ever been to I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from this dealership. From the time we walked in until we left they treated us so nice and did everything they I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from this dealership. From the time we walked in until we left they treated us so nice and did everything they could to get us into a vehicle even with not so good credit. I originally drove off in a 2016 Kia Soul but after having it overnight it we decided it was too small for our family (even though they are such cute cars) so we went back and let them know and they asked us what would work for us and i told them a full size sedan not expecting to get an Optima and sure enough they brought a brand new Kia Optima in my color (black) to the front and said how would this work and I fell in love. They really go above and beyond to help you. I don't work for this dealership or have any affiliation with them , this is an honest sincere review. Thank you so much everyone at Kia of Wesley chapel especially the financing managers which are soon nice and not the typical stuck up guys that look down on you based on your credit. FRAUDS!!!!! This dealership lied to me about my credit score and said it was 50 points less than it really was. Wouldn't show me inventory or give me options. Sales and finance department very unprofessional. I knew my situation as a buyer wasn't good, but they did not want to give me options to change my current car. To be sure our sedona iissafe and reliable I took it to the Kia deaer in our area. I was met by Mr Humberto Molina who is the best advisor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He explained every thing that he thought i would need done as far as maintenace dictated and nothing else. There was nothing that he tried to push off on me and only what I needed and nothing else, unlike the last two nationwide auto centers that advertised an oil change and rotation of the tires for under 20 dollars and by the time i left the bill was over one hundred for repaiirs not needed, Humberto gave me a estimate that came out to the penny and nothing more. all in all the new owner of wesley chapel Kia restored my faith in Kia and gave me comfort not having to worry about my wife and kids hile they are on the road.
