follow up to other review BAD PLACE purchased a new car, had a bad experience after I took the car home and they took my trade in and we signed papers they tried changing the price?? About a month after I took the car home before my 1st payment was even due they came in the middle of the night and repo the car. I had no idea what was going on. Called Ron the sales guy he had no idea what was going on and gave me his boss number to call. This was after 11 pm at night. Called him he had no idea. Needless to say I have no car as they took my car as a trade and I'm suppose to be to work the next day. I'm freaking out. Called the police the next morning and they stated that hopefully they didn't sell my trade in to auction and this was a civil matter. Both me and my husband missed work drove right there when they opened and demanded to know what happened and why they did that. They said they couldn't get the financing done to be at my payment that we signed for and that if I pay them 1,000 more dollars they could get it done. (they don't even call 1st} I informed them I called the police and I wanted my trade in and my money down refunded ASAP and I was going to contact a lawyer. The guys at the front look embarrassed that this happened. My husband literally was just released from the hospital after being diagnosed with leukemia and we had a lot on our plate. he was in the hospital for over a month thought he was going to die so when he got out we made a lot of decisions in case something bad was to happen as to why he wanted me to have a new car in case something happened to him and it was just me and the kids. Im not trying to make anyone feel bad for me it was just so frustrating that they knew this and they put the extra burden on me and my family. They are careless individuals. I never even knew something like this could happen. To sum it up they refunded my down payment instantly and they got a salesman to retrieve my trade from there warehouse down the road they put my tags on and I left. Please do not buy a car from here this was a bad and very hurtful experience and no one should ever have to go through something like this. More

So we started the paperwork. He kept giving me excuses about why I cannot see it. When I finally got to see it after the paperwork was done, it did not have cruise control! Worst dealership ever We purchased a 2016 dodge journey, used in aug 16. Now come january, it has been nothing but problems. However the salesman did not discuss final price, just monthly payment. I had 2 screaming babies, an annoyed wife and just wanted to leave after 5 hours of them pushing me towards a vehicle i didnt like. They lie in their ad's and the only thing YUGEEEE that you get is payments. Other dealers felt bad for us and pulled every string they could to get us out of this junk car but because of how much we were overcharged, we are stuck with it. More

They sold us hard on this vehicle people, I mean hard, for 1500 down, so we tell them since it's not the car we wanted, and higher down paymentioned, we wanted to go crunch numbers and get back to them today. So, we get here and the sales manager comes to us, "I have great news for you guys. After hard work, I got you approved for a new kia Sol, or a kia Rio at 15,000" uh? We were told yesterday we were approved for the 2013 Optima. "Well that was a pre approval and the manager that was here was going to help you all out". What?? They were completely misleading, and trying to hussle us into getting one of those soap boxes. I even called before I came and was not told any of this. A total waste of our time with these people. More
