I made it a point to ask both of them THREE TIMES EACH.... BOTH LIED to me = straight to my face. I checked my credit report today and lo and behold - a hard inquiry due to Fucillo Kia of Wesley Chapel. So I called today and spoke to Bellamy (or another manager's name I can't pronounce" told me that they had done nothing wrong. I asked to speak to his superior and of course - guess what "he's busy at the moment"... so he was supposed to call me back within 30 min and it's been 4 hours now and nothing. So then I called BOB PITTON and asked him why he ran my credit when I specifically said not to and of course he lied and made up some story about how I authorized it yet I didn't. I asked if that's their normal thing to do to run someone's credit without their consent and he HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NEVER OWN A CAR OR EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER... Don't go to Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral I had the worst experience at Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. I leased a vehicle 3 years ago and when I came into their location interested in buying the I had the worst experience at Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. I leased a vehicle 3 years ago and when I came into their location interested in buying the vehicle out, I dealt with extremely rude and disrespectful staff members. First of all the number that was given to me was completely unreasonable for the type of vehicle and the loan amount. Instead of explaining how they came out with the absurd monthly payment, they questioned me on how I came up with my preference monthly range. The salesman then grabbed a finance person who came out to me and tried to talk me into leasing another vehicle, which I clearly stated I did not want. After speaking to me VERY briefly, he crumbled the paperwork in front of my face and with a smirk on his face, shook my hand and said "Have a great day." A few days later I went to my personal bank to buy out my lease and my payment was 50% less than what Kia came to me with. My bank then told me that I needed to get my buy out paperwork done through the dealership and faxed over in order to get my process going. I called Fuccillo Kia (while in front of the individual at the bank and on speaker) and spoke to a man named "Jerry" who told me that he was too busy to help me because it was a Friday afternoon and proceeded to hang up one me. I will NEVER return to this dealership and will NEVER suggest anyone to go to Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. I have never been treated in such a manner. Instead of "Mr. Huge" spending all of his money and resources on ridiculous commercials, he needs to have a better screening process when hiring his employees and show that he actually cares about his customers. Body shop is even awful I got in my accident February 9th of 2015 and my car was in the shop for three months. if it was going to take them that long why the f*** didn't the I got in my accident February 9th of 2015 and my car was in the shop for three months. if it was going to take them that long why the f*** didn't they just total it out. After my brother went in there and talked to them they did give me a rental car which they should have done to begin with and said it was going to be another week. (of course it wasn't done in a week) After that week had passed they called me the next day and said it would be ready either Thursday or Friday and they would call me. I Hadn't herd from them at all. I was told my car was "done at least 3 times, I would go to pick it up and there would be several things wrong for instance my car was never cleaned, the door STILL does not shut properly, the panels don't line up. ALL IN ALL WORST BODY SHOP. Oh and might I add, Dave and Quincy did not communicate well what so ever. DO NOT buy from them. bought the car on a Sunday and our deposit check was suppose to be held until Wednesday. well they cashed it on S HUGH mistake. I finally had a smart A-- named Bill who called as the GM Shawn was out sick. I finally told him to shut up and stop interrupting me so I could tell him what was going on. actually told him that 3 times. i said ill just return this car. his reply well you cant your stuck with it. i said ill bring it there and park it. he actually told me go ahead and we will bring the car back and park it in your driveway. could you actually believe a person in this dealership would say this to a customer?????? the salesperson i finally got a hold of said to fax the bank statement and they would refund my returned check fees. She was told, Bill was told everyone I spoke to was told my husband was out of town and I told him NOT to deposit my $2000 deposit fee until THEY made good on this. Bill wasn't worried about MY returned fees only kept asking why our money wasn't in my account. Again i said its not going to be until this is fixed. Now my brother has passed away and i,m trying to get back for that funeral. I told my salesperson, i told Bill and I called and spoke with the corporate office in NY only to be told there again someone would call me back. still waiting for that call. hmmmm. they were ALL told they now my husband is out of town, i'm leaving for a funeral and now Easter and when we get back the money will be deposited and not to cash that check. Welllllllllllllll today i see that one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing and they tried to redeposit that check only for another 5 NSF fees of 35.00 each so far is out of my account. I called the Wesley Chapel location again this morning, salesperson is busy, GM is busy, finance mgr is busy and the receptionist said i'll take your name and number and have someone call you back? Really that was the 9th call and still waiting..... called the corporate office and left another message for them as well. i am going to fax my bank statement and the next step is the news station. I told the receptionist to stop telling customers they are really busy. they weren't to busy to sell me the car but there is no one after the fact once you drive of the lot. DO NOT BUY a vehicle from them or it will be a HUGE mistake More
Service, management I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from this Kia, now I have a 2016 Kia Sportage with no AC and they're stating that it is my fault due to a Little Rock I purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage from this Kia, now I have a 2016 Kia Sportage with no AC and they're stating that it is my fault due to a Little Rock hitting my condenser, I believe that the condenser if it can hold up to a teeny tiny rock then it should be a manufacturer defect. As stating with Kia Wesley Chapel there's nothing they can do to solve the issue or fix the issue. And as it goes for the cruise, I was told that sign up by the 15th of February when I signed up on the 13th of February they stated that I was no longer allowed to sign up and I could not go on the cruise. If you can remember they were a precision Kia before they were fuccillo Kia same here just different names More
Best Dealership I have ever been to I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from this dealership. From the time we walked in until we left they treated us so nice and did everything they I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from this dealership. From the time we walked in until we left they treated us so nice and did everything they could to get us into a vehicle even with not so good credit. I originally drove off in a 2016 Kia Soul but after having it overnight it we decided it was too small for our family (even though they are such cute cars) so we went back and let them know and they asked us what would work for us and i told them a full size sedan not expecting to get an Optima and sure enough they brought a brand new Kia Optima in my color (black) to the front and said how would this work and I fell in love. They really go above and beyond to help you. I don't work for this dealership or have any affiliation with them , this is an honest sincere review. Thank you so much everyone at Kia of Wesley chapel especially the financing managers which are soon nice and not the typical stuck up guys that look down on you based on your credit. I will refer all my friends , co workers and family that is looking to buy a vehicle. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again. - Kristin More
