Can't get their xxxx together My experience was terrible buying a car from this kia. They get you in a car but there were many problems even thought our credit was great. They ask for certain documents and when you bring them in they say that's not what they wanted. I was still bringing them documents a month after we bought the car. When I bring my cat in for it first oil change they try to charge me. After telling them we bought the extended package and suppose to relieve 4 free oil changes a year, they say it dose not automatically come up in there system so we have to tell them every time we bring the car in for service. It is always something. I hate this dealership I will never buy a car from here again. Willy above all was the worst he should be fire because he has no idea how to do his job. More
worst experience EVER Bought a new car 2 weeks ago, traded in my car. Agreed on payment shook hands and signed papers. Came in monday because they told us internet was down and couldnt print contract. Was there for 4 hours because all of a sudden couldnt give us same deal and payment jumped 200 dollars a month. Then to top it off they still have not paid off the trade and i have been called everyday by my other bank because my payment is now due and late. They said if its not paid by the end of the month they will report to credit bureau. Called fonance guy at fuccillo (willie) he said payment was overnighted 3 days ago. My bank then tells me they called today for a payoff amount. More lies!! This place is crazy and a joke DO NOT buy from here. More
Terrible We got there looking for a specific vehicle within our budget. We met with a sales advisor named Derek. He insisted that we would could get the deal we were looking for with the new vehicle he was trying to sell us. I was very skeptical and again asked him, with our current situation, are you sure this is possible. He insisted and said yes we have deals x, y, z going on so we can get that car to our price range. Now I know that car salesmen usually have a priority in getting a sale, but this guy totally was selling a lie and not listening to us about what we wanted and what our price range was. We found this out when the sales manager came out looking at us like we had no clue how car loans work. It so happened that Derek went in and gave the sales manager numbers that we did not agree too after explaining what numbers we were set at. Derek did not mention any features or anything about the car, we had to probe and ask him. During the test drive he was just riding along enjoying the A/C as if it were his break time or something. His sole purpose was to make a sell. He paid no attention to the customers needs. Do not waste your time. I recently purchased a car from Parks Ford right next door. Ask for Rob Vido. He was upfront and made sure that we got the best deal possible and was not as concerned about the sale as he was about making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I would also suggest going to Mazda of WC and ask for Dennis. Although we did not purchase a vehicle from him, it was a great experience and I didn't feel like I was being lied to. We told Dennis what we were working with and he made sure we comfortable with our options. The only thing that kept us from purchasing from Dennis at Mazda was we didn't really like the car we were looking at. More

I chose Kia of Wesley Chapel after listening to the commercials on the radio during my ride to work, and being pre-approved online and getting a personal phone call from Katey. assuring me that they would do all the could for me to purchase a car. We, my daughter and I, were greeted on the parking lot by salesman Pat Gomez. He started working with me right away and found a NEW car that I could purchase through their "match your down payment" deal! Every employee that I met and dealt with were wonderful, polite and courteous.......couldn't of asked for more from this dealership and will highly recommend it! Thank you so much Katey for your encouragement and Pat for working so hard to make a dream come true! I am now driving a 2016 Kia Rio and my Granddaughter is driving my 2001 VW Bug.....2 happy people!!! More

Pat Gomez meet us at the door and from that point to the point I drove of the lot Pat took care of us and was very straight forward and honest with us, He tried to get us the best deal and took the time to listen and work to get us the best possible value for our money.
