Wonderful experience, So wonderful that I traded my 2017 Fiat Spider, from the moment we entered the showroom to the time we left, I was treated in a very professional and a fun experience. Pat Gomez was my sales consultant and there are not enough words to express how great he was. He worked so hard to find me the perfect car at the price I could afford. He even bought me a bouquet of flowers and shared his ranier cherries! He kept me up to date on everything and was such a joy to work with. Thanks to Shawn Visconte the General Manager for all his help and patience and for getting Billy Fuccillo on the phone to get me the monthly payment I could afford. A huge thanks to Kenneth Ventura for keeping my husband and I laughing. Don't ask, he knows! I am just thrilled with my new Sportage and you!d definitely recommend Fuccillo to anyone looking for a great reliable car and great customer service. IT IS HUGE! Cathie Caliguiri More

I arrived with funds in hand and only needed a test drive and inspection to complete the deal -- it still took 3 hours to close the deal! On top of that, the dealer owes me a small repair on the car discovered during the inspection -- that was three weeks ago, I'm now on my FIFTH phone call trying to get the repair and this place has not returned one call yet even though I left messages with an actual person every time. This is the worst dealership I've been in in 20 years -- DON'T BELIEVE THE 4-STAR OVERALL RATING!! That's likely due to early attempts to please customers when the place first opened -- they have now switched to the normal operating mode where customer satisfaction means nothing at all! More

We told them our range for price payments and told them our credit score which was above their requirements...we told them we didn't want them to run our credit unless they were sure they had something in our range...they show us a car and tell us they couldn't give us the price until we test drove it and ran our credit but that it was in our range....LIES ....they ran our credit and it was exactly what we said and they wanted double the payments we we're willing to pay...they ran our credit for nothing and the guy try to tell me that it wouldn't do anything to our credit having them run it...obviously he was a moron for saying that cause we all know that Everytime you run credit ...it goes down!! The car they were trying to sell is was way over market value and we wasted our time so don't waste yours !! More
Dishonest from the sales manager all the way down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. IF YOU GO THERE USE THEM UP AND WASTE THEIR TIME TO GET A QUOTE AND THEN TAKE IT TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP IN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Sales Manager Ryan Aquino, and sales representatives Adelso and Mike are dishonest. They lied to my face, smiling the whole time. Ryan especially. THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE A FILTHY BINGO HALL BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS. BE VERY AWARE THAT THEIR STANDARD SALES AGREEMENT INCLUDES A CLAUSE THAT ALLOWS THEM TO CANCEL AT THEIR DISCRETION. RYAN POINTED THIS OUT VERY CLEARLY TO ME AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO TALK ABOUT HOW HIS "NEW YORK LAWYERS" WILL BACK HIM UP AND IT WON'T COST HIM A PENNY. They did not have the specific car my mother wanted so she filled out a sales agreement with the specifications, a specific price, and they took a deposit. On the 30th of the month they called her at 6:30PM (dealership closes at 8) wanting her to come to the dealership (45 minutes away) to sign all the paperwork and deliver a certified check for the car (remember, the car wasn't there yet). She refused. Then they called back 30 minutes later and said they didn't need the check, just all the signed paperwork, but by that time it was unreasonable to ask an elderly woman to drive that distance and perform that task under duress. When they finally received the car the next day they tried to raise the price $900, or tear up the agreement. We told them tear it up. If Ryan treats an 80 year old lady this way just imagine how he will treat you. BTW, FRIENDLY KIA MATCHED THE OFFER ON THE SPOT AND HAS BEEN A JOY TO WORK WITH. More

I called sales manager left voice mail. My husband called and left message on Friday. When we called Sat a week after our purchase it was your typical run around and no information as to when the chip Would arrive. No call backs from messages left, we had to contact and then the excuses start!! Sales person JR did a great job selling us a car but sales manager. May need to do what he tells customers what the real situations are. I never go to a car dealership with great expectations and this dealership is no different.. More

My sales representative was Fredy Carreno, and when i tell you this man is an excellent sale's person , he was very patient and honest and does not put you over your budget or under just to make a sale. He tries to keep it as simple and as cheap as possible. I would definitely recommend his services to any of my friends or family because he tells you the truth about his cars. We got exactly the car we wanted: a 2017 Kia Forte LX. The sales manager and rep worked with us and told us upfront...this would be our best car buying experience we ever had. They were right! We were not stressed at the end. They matched the AARP cost package and did even better. We highly recommend them and will recommend them to our senior friends. More
follow up to other review BAD PLACE purchased a new car, had a bad experience after I took the car home and they took my trade in and we signed papers they tried changing the price?? About a month after I took the car home before my 1st payment was even due they came in the middle of the night and repo the car. I had no idea what was going on. Called Ron the sales guy he had no idea what was going on and gave me his boss number to call. This was after 11 pm at night. Called him he had no idea. Needless to say I have no car as they took my car as a trade and I'm suppose to be to work the next day. I'm freaking out. Called the police the next morning and they stated that hopefully they didn't sell my trade in to auction and this was a civil matter. Both me and my husband missed work drove right there when they opened and demanded to know what happened and why they did that. They said they couldn't get the financing done to be at my payment that we signed for and that if I pay them 1,000 more dollars they could get it done. (they don't even call 1st} I informed them I called the police and I wanted my trade in and my money down refunded ASAP and I was going to contact a lawyer. The guys at the front look embarrassed that this happened. My husband literally was just released from the hospital after being diagnosed with leukemia and we had a lot on our plate. he was in the hospital for over a month thought he was going to die so when he got out we made a lot of decisions in case something bad was to happen as to why he wanted me to have a new car in case something happened to him and it was just me and the kids. Im not trying to make anyone feel bad for me it was just so frustrating that they knew this and they put the extra burden on me and my family. They are careless individuals. I never even knew something like this could happen. To sum it up they refunded my down payment instantly and they got a salesman to retrieve my trade from there warehouse down the road they put my tags on and I left. Please do not buy a car from here this was a bad and very hurtful experience and no one should ever have to go through something like this. More

So after we agreed on a price of the car I wanted to buy I asked to see it Of course. The car was not on the lot at the time for some reason, promised me it was everything I wanted. So we started the paperwork. He kept giving me excuses about why I cannot see it. When I finally got to see it after the paperwork was done, it did not have cruise control! He told me there was nothing I could do because I already signed the paperwork! More
