HUGE mistake Where do I begin... HUGE mistake! We should've gotten up and walked out but we were foolish and now we are stuck with a literal 'smelly/stinky' Kia So Where do I begin... HUGE mistake! We should've gotten up and walked out but we were foolish and now we are stuck with a literal 'smelly/stinky' Kia Soul! It has had a foul odor since after the first few days of having it! They have had it in twice and now we are waiting on a call from the service department because they do not have any loaner vehicles because of a HUGE Optima recall funny thing is I was told that same story back in September of 17! We had an appointment for this past Saturday but they couldn't really do anything that day because those type of issues are handled M-F... hmmmm I had an appointment which I scheduled with someone there and made clear why I needed an appointment! They did look at one other issue which was the rough idle and determined that the alternator pulley is defective BUT according to service is 'safe' to drive! They claimed they ordered the part and it would be in yesterday and to my surprise I still haven't heard from them yet! I am so disgusted with the lies and nonsense that this place advertises!!! They don't care about customer care! I have emailed them and of course gotten no reply! I could go on and on! Going here was a HUGE mistake! They screwed us in a HUGE way! Buyer BEWARE!!! More

Fantastic customer service My wife and I stopped by Fuccillo KIA on Friday night Dec 21 just to look at the Cadenzas that they have been advertising. We were met by a gentleman My wife and I stopped by Fuccillo KIA on Friday night Dec 21 just to look at the Cadenzas that they have been advertising. We were met by a gentleman by the name of Israel Santiago who was very courteous and friendly. After telling him we were interested in looking at the Cadenzas he proceeded to show us the various models and we test drove one of them and after the test drive my wife and I were amazed at how the car drove,so we went into the dealership to see what kind of a deal we could get. Mr Santiago is the best sales consultant we have ever met and worked with, he isn't pushy and is very knowledgeable about the cars,we would recommend Mr Santiago to anyone who is interested in any of the cars on the lot. He stayed late even when the dealership was closing and got us a fantastic deal on a Cadenza with the luxury package and pearl white color. We usually don't do ratings but we felt that we had to because of the great experience we had at Fuccillo KIA, again we highly recommend Israel Santiago and Fuccillo KIA to purchase a new car from.
