He knew his product extremely well and showed me everything Kia really has to offer. When I walked into the dealership with Dan gave me a nice cup of coffee and I spoke with Sales manager Ken. He made the exspriance so much fun. Pleasure to have spoke with both these gentlemen. I will truly recomend both of them and I’ll be back to see them for my daughters vehicle. More

Luis our new car representative was very knowledgeable of all aspects of purchase vs lease and convinced me to lease for the first time! My wife and I went together for our cars first service and had a great experience! Service Manager, Jason was very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our experience! He even notified our sales representative we were in the waiting area and Luis came back to see how we were and asked us how we liked our Sorento! Guess where I’ll go for my next vehicle? Perplexed. I visited Kia Wesley Chapel to purchase a car. That was all that came out of my mouth and papers were down in front of me. I purchased a car from Kia I visited Kia Wesley Chapel to purchase a car. That was all that came out of my mouth and papers were down in front of me. I purchased a car from Kia Cape Coral and had a great experience. I wanted a pre-owned but was told that “I can’t qualify” for a preowned. Only new. Well I know that’s crap but I let it go. When reviewing the paperwork I notice a contract “vehicle service contract” from Star Auto. I said I did not want this. It’s $1995. The finance person said “I told you about this on the phone” ummmm... you talked so fast I missed this. It should not matter - I said I Don’t want this!! I’ve had the car for one week and I just had time to sit down and review the piles of paperwork. And there it is - the service contract. I am in sales and if my client doesn’t want something - I take it off. I assumed he did as well. Wrong! I have sent an email for immediate removal. Currently they have a down payment check from me for $1500.00 to be deposited at a later date. I have given them the option to remove the vehicle contract or keep it and not deposit the check. We will see how ethical they are. I’ll post another review when I get a resolve. More
