Fantastic customer service My wife and I stopped by Fuccillo KIA on Friday night Dec 21 just to look at the Cadenzas that they have been advertising. We were met by a gentleman My wife and I stopped by Fuccillo KIA on Friday night Dec 21 just to look at the Cadenzas that they have been advertising. We were met by a gentleman by the name of Israel Santiago who was very courteous and friendly. After telling him we were interested in looking at the Cadenzas he proceeded to show us the various models and we test drove one of them and after the test drive my wife and I were amazed at how the car drove,so we went into the dealership to see what kind of a deal we could get. Mr Santiago is the best sales consultant we have ever met and worked with, he isn't pushy and is very knowledgeable about the cars,we would recommend Mr Santiago to anyone who is interested in any of the cars on the lot. He stayed late even when the dealership was closing and got us a fantastic deal on a Cadenza with the luxury package and pearl white color. We usually don't do ratings but we felt that we had to because of the great experience we had at Fuccillo KIA, again we highly recommend Israel Santiago and Fuccillo KIA to purchase a new car from. Miracle workers We recently took on raising 4 young children. We are God parents. I was desperate for a vehicle that had seating for at least 6. Brake Line scam? I had gone to this dealership's service department on several occasions. Many were for the typical tire rotation and oil change. I did not have a I had gone to this dealership's service department on several occasions. Many were for the typical tire rotation and oil change. I did not have any issues with the typical preventative maintenance service. This last trip to Fucillo Kia was because of a leaky and corroded brake line. Long story short, the ASSISTANT ADVISING MANAGER told me all of the brake lines needed to be replaced, and that only a Kia manufacturer had the brake line for my car and had to be ordered. He estimated the repair to be $1,300 dollars. I did some research and asked other auto service companies about it. Skipping some of the minutia about doing research and asking around, I found out that the break lines could be fabricated for much less than what he quoted me for. I went to a different auto service company and it cost me $550. Do not trust anything their advisors say! Question everything! especially the things you do not understand. More
