What Being Part of the ' FUCCILLO KIA FAMILY' Really Means! Let's start from the beginning. Run off of the road and totaled my only vehicle. And, I require a vehicle to earn a living! Talk about freaked out! Cl Let's start from the beginning. Run off of the road and totaled my only vehicle. And, I require a vehicle to earn a living! Talk about freaked out! Climed out of that vehicle and called a tow truck and family member. Once they arrived at the scene, I sent the tow truck one direction and we went directly to Fuccillo Kia. Not bad credit score, but lacked credit history to support it. Had just begun building credit and never bought a new car or one from any dealer in fact. But, once I proved continuous employment and reoccuring pay checks, I drove away in a brand new Kia. Initially I was not happy with the end result, but once I got around to checking I found that no where else could I have received a vehicle that same day, if at all, and the interest rate was more than reasonable, all things considered. However, all that was nothing! Totaled that car, both times there were disinterested witnesses that I was not at fault, just saying :), and again freaked! Was contacted by my insurance, asking for a bunch of information and issuing directions. Confused and at loss I called Tim Ousley, Finance Manager at Fuccillo Kia, via conference call, and folks he took over! Literally! Fielding calls, forwarding and processing documents, directing me, etc.. Before the vehicle insurance and gap ' insurance ' payments were even made to the finance company, I was approved for and drove away in a brand new car. Never missing a day of work! That folks is what being part of the family means! Having said that, now that we're family, what about letting me in on a promotion, none weregoing on when I purchased, necessity is not a friend, or tearing up my contract! :) More
