There was absolutely no pressure and he was super personable! I was so nervous about not being approved I really didn’t expect to leave with a car. I was looking into a Kia Soul and had been in contact with Laura(Lally) from the BDC department through their text service. She was super knowledgeable and helped me with all the questions I had before coming into Fuccillo Kia. Again I was super nervous about the buying process and so worried I wouldnt be approved. Well once meeting with Luis we had discussed how I had better chances of being approved with a Kia Forte and had asked me if I’d be interested. I definitely was. I even mentioned how I’d prefer a manual transmission to which Luis high fived me for knowing how to drive a stick shift. He was so great and made this experience so easy and smooth. Tim Ousley was the man behind the scenes who made the deal happen with the bank and he was so nice when he came out to explain everything. Tim even managed to get my monthly payment almost $100 less then I had originally been quoted. I seriously would recommend Luis C. at Fuccillo Kia to anyone who asks! Such an amazing experience and the best part I got to drive home in my brand new beautiful 2018 Kia Forte!!! A long way from my 1989 Chevy Astro Van that I was driving prior to pulling into Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chaple, FL. Thanks again so much for such an awesome and smooth experience!!! More

Service was great! I recently bought a new Kia after I had to lemon law my Ford. I didnt buy the Kia from Fuccillo Kia but they are the closest shop.
