Good experience , can't say great. However, you guys were hands down "Outstanding" as compared with "Friendly Kia." Friendly Kia is nine miles away from my home whic , can't say great. I visited their facility and no one made contact with me. Not even the salesman who was on the lot. Yes, he was with a client, but he never said hello or offered to get someone to assist me. Nonetheless, I responded to Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel, and was greeted by John C. I told him what had just happened and explained to him what I was looking for. A few hours later I was the owner of a Kia Soul. My reason for the "Good" rating was this, I've purchased numerous new cars, trucks , motorcycles and have worked in the car business in the past. Also may I add that my credit is excellent. Notwithstanding, during the filling out of the deal's paperwork I was asked to provide two references. Really? In conclusion, John C. was great and I would recommend him and I would purchase another vehicle from him. More
