This time he went way above-- My 2.5 year old son had gone to the bathroom and I hadn't grabbed my bag with his diapers and wipes before the car went into the bays. I told Francisco and asked how long the car would be--so I could try to "figure out a solution". He jumped up, ran out and grabbed the diapers and wipes from the trunk for me and brought them back fast. He then found a better deal for me and saved me some extra dollars which again he didn't have to do. Francisco is my go to guy! Very knowledgeable and likes to explain everything out to you as far as different options. More
