The only Kia service department I will use. I have always avoided dealerships for service due to high cost of parts and labor, and I felt like they would try to sell me stuff that I really didn' I have always avoided dealerships for service due to high cost of parts and labor, and I felt like they would try to sell me stuff that I really didn't need. I have been bringing both of my Kia's to Fucillo for service for over two years. I try to only go to Dustin (Dusty) because of his extremely high level of customer service skills. I'm confident that he will never recommend something that you do not truly need. They always wash and vacuum your car regardless of what work you are having done. Very satisfied!! More

Slow process We came in well prepared after filling out a credit app on-line, pre-qualifying a trade, picking out the actual car we wanted ahead of time by VIN #, We came in well prepared after filling out a credit app on-line, pre-qualifying a trade, picking out the actual car we wanted ahead of time by VIN #, setting an appointment. Had all my paperwork and knew exactly what we wanted, still took 4 hours and haggling to get to the same place we started with. Everyone was nice enough, just very inefficient. Lean your process and everybody wins. Seems like we went through exactly the same process as someone who walked in off the streets with no preparation. Recommend you netter screen your customers from the point they are intercepted when they arrive. More

This was HUGE, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Well, first off. The very moment I heard Billy's first commercial, I said to my husband..."when we are ready to purchase a new vehicle, we are going Well, first off. The very moment I heard Billy's first commercial, I said to my husband..."when we are ready to purchase a new vehicle, we are going to see that guy"!!! Well, this month, it was time. Listen, we came with baggage. Ugly baggage, we had two trade ins; one with negative equity and another that was 15 years old. It was ugly but, I called the day before and spoke with John (awesome), the sales manager, and told him what we had and what our goal at the end of the day needed to be. He said, "I'll see you tomorrow". We walked in and yes, we brought our patience because we knew going in that this was going to take some work. We also had a timeline that we needed to meet and it all had to come together that day! We met Nathan (awesome), our sales rep and Scott (awesome), the finance rep and after a great battle (those two guys behind the desk, thank you) with banks, loan agents and the like, Fuccillo Kia in Wesley Chapel's team came through! We knew that they worked hard on our behalf and folks at the end of the day...our goal was met and we were all winners!!! We got a brand new vehicle, our trade ins taken care of and BONUS, a Christmas bundle of gifts that we will definitely share with our family members.
