He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and their features. Even when I initially decided to postpone my purchase to a later date, he was kind and understanding. No pressure or sneaky sales tactics. A week later, I texted him about another vehicle. He responded promptly and courteous as always and we had a deal. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Nelson and the team at the Fuccillo Kia. Even the finance and sales managers were great.
