Turning frowns into smiles!!!! My wife and I were out car shopping due to losing her car in an accident and had a terrible experience at a Nissan dealership earlier in the day. And on top of that she wasn't feeling too well being pregnant and all. But, we met Willian and John the Manager who helped turn a bad day into a great one!!! They worked hard to try and make us happy and find the right fit for what we needed and wanted for a new family car. In the end, they came across a 2017 Sorento that brought out the largest smile on my wife's face. She knew and they knew that this was the one! So, everything worked out really well, they helped us tremendously, and showed every sign of a great customer service culture that you normally don't see anymore at car dealerships. EVERYONE we came into contact with was awesome, nice and just great all around! Thank you so much for taking great care of us, guys!!!!! ~Glenn and Crystal More

Overall not the best dealership I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership mostly because they were able to get me into the model and color vehicle I was looking for sooner I ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership mostly because they were able to get me into the model and color vehicle I was looking for sooner than other Kia dealerships, but also because of my salesman Jesse. Jesse went above and beyond for us during this experience. He was very knowledgeable about the model we were interested in and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Negotiations is where this experience started to take a downward turn. The first time I was at this dealership, I dealt with a sales manager, can’t remember his name, that was not the most friendly and basically talked down to us when negotiating our trade in. He started off valuing our trade in with -8k equity which was a slap in the face basically. He then came back after talking to me and all of a sudden had a +2k equity from the trade in....a 10k swing. To have a turn around like that is very deceiving and I’m sure he try’s to take advantage of all the customers he deals with like that and it’s sad to think he probably gets some people to agree to horrible deals. When I said I would think about the deal and come back, he was very rude about me turning his offer down, basically saying I wouldn’t get a better offer elsewhere (which I was offered better elsewhere, they just couldn’t get me the exterior color I wanted) and that he couldn’t understand why I was walking out. The second time I came back I had a sales manager that was very friendly and did A fantastic job negotiating with me. Then it was time to deal with the financial manager Michael. This was another negative in my book. I’m used to dealing with the financial mangers at Toyota, as this is my Friday kia, and over at Toyota they sit with you the entire time going over every single thing as it comes up. I’m not sure if it’s just this kia dealership or if it’s all of them, but it was the complete opposite here. Michael came over and introduced himself and said he was starting my paperwork now and it wouldn’t be too long. He ended up coming back about 30-40 minutes later and asked if I wanted Gap insurance and the service plan. After that it was at least another 45 minutes before another employee came over to run through everything and have me sign it all. Now I had questions along the way as some of the incentives weren’t entered properly or at all and each time this employee had to go get Michael to come answer the questions because she was unable to because all her job responsibility entailed was to get me to sign away. Now it wouldn’t have bothered me as much if Michael wasn’t just talking with other coworkers about random things not work related and was actually busy working with other customers. It just made the whole situation seem very impersonal and made me feel that his time was too valuable to sit down with a customer to go through all the paperwork. Then when you ask him a question, he gives quick short answers and then walks away. Not a great feeling for someone that is about to spend a lot of money on a car. Overall the experience was average. Like I said above, Jesse was amazing and I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat, but I’m not sure dealing with the other aspects of this dealership is worth it in the future. More
