Straight to the point I like that everything was straight to the point. What I believe could be better is when they know what extra things needs to be done to notify me fir I like that everything was straight to the point. When I said yes to the extra maintenance they had to take the SUV back to do so. They could of saved some time asking me this while the SUV was back there. More

Totally disappointed I bought a brand new 2020 telluride in April and received the free maintenance for a year but the telluride was not available for pickup until May so I bought a brand new 2020 telluride in April and received the free maintenance for a year but the telluride was not available for pickup until May so the general manager gave me the May incentive as well for waiting so long for my new vehicle so I went into kia for my first free oil change on my new vehicle only to be told they could not find that I was entitled to this service so I left and I am a very unhappy customer who by the way has already bought 3 vehicle from this dealership but will not be a future customer at this point More
