Fortunately, we video record services performed in our shop, including tire rotations, so we can verify whether the service was completed as requested. It's also important to note that during a tire rotation, only the tires and wheels are rotated, not the wheel covers. Sometimes, in the past this has caused confusion, leading to the assumption that the rotation wasn’t performed. We’d like to investigate this matter further to ensure everything was done correctly.
