We were n dire need to have my daughters 2 year old van because it stops running , Kia of concord refused to help us citing no appointment available so I called Kia of Vacaville and spoke to Meghan and to because it stops running , Kia of concord refused to help us citing no appointment available so I called Kia of Vacaville and spoke to Meghan and took us the same day n fix the car the same day , we are very grateful , excellent customer service and updated us all morning for the status of the repair , so look nowhere else if you need a car or your Kia needs work , come to this place , you won’t regret it ! 11 stars! I highly recommend this Kia, especially for first time Car buyers. These cars have really good ratings and are not overpriced. You get a lot for your money. I was able to get the 10 year 100 000 mile warranty. And that's a huge warranty that's years and years of no stress when it comes to repair bills. Thank you Kia More
