Even though Ernesto was so easy to work with, I still told him I'd think about it. I went home and thought, "He made this so easy, so pleasant. Why am I hesitating?" I called him first thing the next morning. I had my new car within a few days. Even the paperwork and financing process went smooth and quick. The experience has changed my view on car shopping - as long as I can go back to Ernesto at Stamford Kia. I'll certainly be recommending Ernesto , his staff and the dealership to friends and family who are in the market for a car. More

Ultimate Service I had my car serviced at Kia of Stamford. I inquired about the new update to the UVO system. Ernesto the manager, asked Steven to do the update for I had my car serviced at Kia of Stamford. I inquired about the new update to the UVO system. Ernesto the manager, asked Steven to do the update for me. After it was complete, I decided I dId not like that the navigation system was not operable with the new update. I wanted the update removed. Steven did not know how to accomplish that. I left the car at the dealership overnight so that Steven could work on it. He managed to get everything working to my specifications and satisfaction when I returned the next day. Really happy customer I recently searched on line for a used vehicle and found what I was looking for at Kia of Stamford, I made contact with Josh and explained to him tha I recently searched on line for a used vehicle and found what I was looking for at Kia of Stamford, I made contact with Josh and explained to him that I was interested. I explained that I was in NH and would be taking to train down to make the purchase. I had asked for a Carfax and service records which Josh provided. After receiving the docs I made the trip and was extremely happy with the vehicle and how I was treated. GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE w/ JOSH GREAT EXPERIENCE. I was looking for a BMW X3, and would only purchase it if I could bring it to my personal mechanic. Josh pulled some strings and tal GREAT EXPERIENCE. I was looking for a BMW X3, and would only purchase it if I could bring it to my personal mechanic. Josh pulled some strings and talked to the owner and allowed me to test drive the car over night and drive it to my mechanic. After returning the car matters went smoothly, and I was able to purchase the car within the next few days. Josh was extremely personable, with obvious experience. Red tape was non existent, and the charges on the car were transparent with no additional charges. The car was a 2007 in good condition, however Josh assured me he would have it looking perfect. He told me I had his word and I said I understand it's a used car and some things are going to be a little bit beaten up. However, Josh repaired the leather seat like new, replaced the windshield wiper, and had the car go through the detail process two times to assure it was up to his standards. He even replaced the missing "i" on the BMW X3 3.0si. On the day of the final purchase he could not find a second key for the car. We closed on the car and he told me I had his word that he would get me a second key. Within the next two days I had the key after he drove an hour 1/2 to get the key and paid for it. After meeting Josh for the first time it felt as if I had known him for a while. He redefines any car salesmen stereotypes and provided for an A1 car buying experience. He didn't tell me he was honest and fair he showed it to me. I was truly able to trust him.
