Door fuel got stock back in December 2022 and took my car to Kia of Round Rock. They opened it but did not fix it and scheduled an appointment for 01/05/2023. Took the car back to the dealer but they didn't to Kia of Round Rock. They opened it but did not fix it and scheduled an appointment for 01/05/2023. Took the car back to the dealer but they didn't fix it because the fuel door was working just fine. Three days later, on Sunday 01/08/2023 fuel door got stock again and with the help of friend and a HAIR COMB we were able to open it. Car is going back to Kia of Round Rock tomorrow Monday 02/09/2023. They better fix it or replace it whole. More

Pulled and replaced engine, returned vehicle dirtier then when it was dropped off, didn’t even bother doing a wipe down as the interior was completely disgusting inside. AC was not working after engine insta when it was dropped off, didn’t even bother doing a wipe down as the interior was completely disgusting inside. AC was not working after engine install and dealer inspected vehicle stating there was a ripped AC line and 600 to replace it, AC worked perfectly before dropping vehicle off. Took to another mechanic and it just needed to be filled. Will never shop or recommend this location to anyone. More

I had scheduled an oil change for 2:30. I arrived a little after 2:00 and was immediately taken care of. The service manager told me there were a couple other cars in front of me and it may I arrived a little after 2:00 and was immediately taken care of. Just 30 minutes later they were done. Best experience ever. More
