Other Kia dealerships told me that I would have to wait weeks/months just for my vehicle to be diagnosed but Zach heard and felt my exasperation and Other Kia dealerships told me that I would have to wait weeks/months just for my vehicle to be diagnosed but Zach heard and felt my exasperation and frustration and did all that he could to help me.
