Concerns that weren’t handled. I brought my car in for servicing and to check the EV battery. Over the last month or so, my range has gone from high 80s to 70/60. I go a call about I brought my car in for servicing and to check the EV battery. Over the last month or so, my range has gone from high 80s to 70/60. I go a call about 3-days latter telling me that it’s normal and that my battery state of health is 80, even though 9 months ago the SOH was at 99%. Almost a 30% decrease in 9 months is not normal. Also, my car way never washed before it was returned to me as it stated on my paper work. Won’t be bring my car back to this dealership. More

Great service experience! I'd been putting off having a recall repair due to having to drive nearly 60 miles to the dealership. I fully expected to spend a good 3 hours and hav I'd been putting off having a recall repair due to having to drive nearly 60 miles to the dealership. I fully expected to spend a good 3 hours and have the technicians "find" problems that needed to be addressed to cost me precious $$. Instead, I was greeted by Sean Knox, who took me in early, gave me a written guaranteed estimate of the time I would likely wait, and was shown to the very nice waiting area. I was amazed that he came to tell me my car was ready in a little over an hour, including a complimentary wash! No hard sell. Just a handshake and on my way! I even told him if I were in the market for another car, I'd definitely come back. More
