I give a one star rating only because we have been a Kia family for 10+ years and have liked our Kia vehicles, but my experience today with the service department has ended my association with Kia. I called family for 10+ years and have liked our Kia vehicles, but my experience today with the service department has ended my association with Kia. I called on Friday to setup an appointment to have our 2018 Sportage inspected after receiving the class action law suit settlement notice. The appointment was set for 8:30 Monday morning and was told to expect a three hour expected wait time. When I arrived, I was told that I would have to leave the car as it would take all day to complete. When I said that it was the only car we had, and I that I had been told to expect a three hour wait, it fell on deaf ears. When asked if a loaner vehicle was available...an alternative given me when setting up the appointment, I was told one was "probably" not available. Obviously they will say anything when setting up an appointment, but have no qualms about refusing the service options made when the appointment was set. Poor, poor customer service! More

Absolutely every one in the service dept provided exceptional service. The manager’s who provided shuttle to and from my job were so courteous and professional. Excellent Service Representative A shout out to Sean Knox and his attention to service and detail. He recommended only what the car needed and willing to work out the discounts. When I picked up the car, he noticed that the department who washed the car , missed a section in the back, he ran to get a rag and cleaned the spot and also proceeded to wash the floor boards as well. He bends over backwards to ensure that you are happy with your service before you leave. job well done. Also, kudos to John Scurlock, the manager of the department. John always takes the time to visit with me when I stop in even though he is also very busy with work. I appreciate his management of the department and time he takes with when a customer visits with him. Job well done.. More
Never have had a bad experience Jamie was my service rep. She had a smile on her face from the time I walked in the door until the moment I was walked back out to my car to leave. Very pleasant and kept me up to date on the amount of addt'l time above the estimated wait time would take. My only complaint was not with Jamie as she deserved 5 stars but was with the young man who checked me out when I went to pay. I am assuming it was not his normal job or he was new in the position. He seemed very confused with my paperwork and had me totally confused and asking questions before I signed off on the completed service, Unfortunetly, I did not get his name! More

Kia Dealership in Killeen is alot nicer. My oil change was 64.00 dollars because I had 2 free oil changes in the past and now I had to cover the cost of the 2 free oil changes. They cancelle My oil change was 64.00 dollars because I had 2 free oil changes in the past and now I had to cover the cost of the 2 free oil changes. They cancelled the 2 remaining free oil changes I had left and could not tell me why. I mentioned the noise my steering column was making and they did not have time to look at it. Has anyone noticed if you do not like the price of a recommended service or if you do not have the time, they put "customer refused" on your receipt? I will find another place for my oil changes, tire rotations and other "recommended services". I will not pay someone to be rude to me. More
