Prior to my last visit on 8/19/2021 I had a very poor experience with SA Johnny Viera and his Service Manager. The service tech had not finished servicing my car but Johnny said it was ready so released experience with SA Johnny Viera and his Service Manager. The service tech had not finished servicing my car but Johnny said it was ready so released it to me. But when I got home, i saw the cover plate to the main battery lying on the floor in the back seat area. The service tech had not put the cover plate back yet leaving the main battery exposed under the back seat. If someone had sat there they could have been killed. The cover plate has a very ominous danger label on it. I didn't trust Johnny so i texted the service manager directly with picture of the battery cover and he did not respond until the next day. He then sent a tech to my location to replace cover. The service manager offered no explanation or apology for the poor customer service. He seemed indifferent. So i expected to receive this survey form after that visit which was late 2019 but never did. However this week I found out why i wasn't contacted. Someone in the service department had falsified all my contact info with a bogus phone number and email. Obviously because they knew i would give a bad review for that visit. When I scheduled my service visit for this week I corrected my contact info so fortunately this time I received the survey. The service for this visit was fine but this rating is for my last visit since I was prevented from making one .then by the sketchy staff More
