I loved being able to make my appointment online! Once I arrived, check in was easy and I was able to connect to the customer wifi in the lounge and work while they took care of my car! I waited a long time after arriving to be helped. It seemed understaffed. They forgot to change my reminder sticker for my next oil change. They also left what appeared to be a critter’s nest in my engi seemed understaffed. They forgot to change my reminder sticker for my next oil change. They didn’t even mention it to me, but I saw it because I like to check my engine before driving off after somebody has worked on it, to make sure they remembered to put everything back in order. The dealership is usually awesome but I noticed that yall seem short staffed. And the people usually there to greet customers at the desks had to leave customers waiting in line, to get another customers veh seem short staffed. And the people usually there to greet customers at the desks had to leave customers waiting in line, to get another customers vehicle so they could leave. The service department is always busy and should not have cut backs. That leaves more customers angry, and your employees un happy too. Your service people are problem solvers balancing the customer facing with the mechanic stuff. More
