After a week of my car being in the shop nothing was addressed. A complete waste of time. I offered a video showing what was wrong with my vehicle but my Service advisor declined to view it on multip addressed. A complete waste of time. The main reason I wouldn’t recommend this dealership is because I could not reach anyone in the service department when I called. I left three messages in a 14 day period and no one called me back.
