I hopefully will never take my car here again. The service advisor was rude, said he tried to contact me all day (I replied to his texts and tried multiple times to call him back, but he claims he nev service advisor was rude, said he tried to contact me all day (I replied to his texts and tried multiple times to call him back, but he claims he never got them) and then blamed it on me. The service department does not answer the phone (but sales sure does!). I was left waiting outside work for an hour (100 degree TX summer) for the shuttle that had not been arranged, come to find out. When I finally reached the service advisor, he was very condescending when I asked about my car's diagnosis and refused to make eye contact with me when I finally got back to the dealership to pick it up. Like I said, I hope I never have to go there again! More
