I have been working with this dealership for over 5 years, and have always had excellent service & help with my car. No other brand of car can touch the price point of KIA and what they offer to you years, and have always had excellent service & help with my car. I personally have had to deal with a faulty car engine in 2020. The dealership honored the warranty and replaced my car engine and supplied my family a rental car while my car was being serviced. Something has changed. We have purchased two cars from KiA or RR and always have had them serviced there. This time around the were not friendly or helpful and in fact never looked at the issue and just KiA or RR and always have had them serviced there. This time around the were not friendly or helpful and in fact never looked at the issue and just ordered parts which where back ordered. It was bad enough that I tried to speak to a manager. After 3 weeks of having the car I picked it up and am getting issue resolved else where. I will not darken their door again. More
