I made an online appointment for the recall service a month ago. When I went to the dealer, the assigned advisor no longer worked there which I can understand. Later that day I learned that the dealer did not have the part for the recall service, and they had to order the part. This means I have to go back to the dealer and leave the vehicle with them again What is the point of online appointment if no one checks what needs to be done before the actual repair date. More
