Fast service but wrong communication between, parts dept/ mec shop and service guy. I had to call 3 times to her the right explanation. More

I have xx eng light ON. Called parts dept with Chris to order a sensor, Chris said this sensor has a recall. Called service dept and made the app. next day (very fast). End up the xx eng still ON, recall was done but nothing relater to xx eng light. Service guy Anthony Graves was NOT friendly to explain. Recall was done and Check Engine still on.
