Very dissatisfied customer. Service department definitely needs improvement, and learn the word TEAMWORK! See an “I” anywhere??? Definitely didn’t think so. I had to drive to Service department definitely needs improvement, and learn the word TEAMWORK! See an “I” anywhere??? Definitely didn’t think so. I had to drive to the dealer from Belton after 7 days to find out what was going on because I never received a call as promised. When I arrived the salesMAN tells my $7000 to replace the engine, but follows and says “you may as well replace the engine, this way you will not have a car payment” I said sir the price for the engine is more than what I owe, besides I was gonna trade it anyway, he said “ we don’t want it, the engine doesn’t run” I thought xxxx! When I picked my vehicle up from a diagnostic check, they left wires and spark plugs hanging out on top of the engine. Total cost dealing with this $600 rental waiting on diagnostic $100 towing instead of referring me to your sales department $700 for my kia with a bad engine, wires left out by your team. I guess something is better than nothing but I’m sure the new dealership appreciated the sale. Thanks for nothing More

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have my door handle looked at but when I got there they told me I was scheduled for an oil change and that nowhere in their notes did it say anything about a door handle looked at but when I got there they told me I was scheduled for an oil change and that nowhere in their notes did it say anything about a door handle. I didn't even know I was due for an oil change. You would think that by me telling the woman on the phone I have a defective door handle that they would just go ahead and order one so that the part was there when I came for my appointment and if for some reason I didn't need it then someone else could use it. But like I said it was nowhere in the notes that I was there for a defective door handle. They also told me that it was in their notes for me to get window tint. I thought I opted out of that when I bought the car but I guess not. Sat at the dealership for 3 hours. Once my car was finished a man walked me to my car and I jokingly said " oh man you didn't wash it?" He responded with "I cant". I said "arent windows tinted from the inside?" and he said "I don't know" after a few seconds he said " I can wash it, it will take about 5 minutes". At this point i was confused as to how someone who works with vehicles doesn't know that windows are tinted from the inside so I said "no thanks" and left. I didn't want to spend a minute longer there. More
Best dealership in the Austin area. Super friendly, very communicative, fast, and through. Forget the people who say not to use a dealership for maintenance, I wouldn't go anywhere else Super friendly, very communicative, fast, and through. John Sheeks, regional service manager, after I was treated so shabbily at your other dealership, and after your phone call, I gave you a second chance at your second dealership. FAIL!!! I brought treated so shabbily at your other dealership, and after your phone call, I gave you a second chance at your second dealership. FAIL!!! I brought in my 2018 Kia Soul for transmission problems. I had no electrical problems at al, but I asked this second shop to verify or disprove the first shop -- also under John Sheeks, regional manager, who was STANDING RIGHT THERE -- who claimed that I needed new headlights for $2700. This time, the lights were fine, but I was sold an unnecessary engine wiring harness. The advisors Anthony and Eric both assured me that the transmission investigation absolutely required a new wiring harness due to "multiple crimps". Eric told me specifically that "the wiring harness will fix your transmission, everything." Of course I didn't need a new wiring harness. You gouged me for $3700, and then Anthony and your mechanics gave different, shifting reasons for needing a new wiring harness. The transmission needed replacement, which was covered under warranty, but because your people had completely neglected the obvious problem, it took another two weeks. Both Anthony and Zach promised to reimburse me for rental cars, and Anthony promised to provide a no-cost rental while the transmission was being replaced. Neither of those came true, nor were every mentioned again. Shame, shame, shame on you, John Sheeks. You were the one who told me about YOUR OWN service staff: "They go to training, hear about wiring harness, and then think every car needs one for every problem." Bottom line: you kept my car for seven weeks at two dealerships, swindled me, repeatedly lied to me. The car's electrical "problem" was repaired with a simple fuse replacement at another shop after your first try, for just $50. You are cheating, lying xxxx. More
