I made my appointment for an oil change about 2 wks in advance. I told the advisor prior to that date that I’d be staying with my car. While at the service counter delivering my car the advisor said it wo advance. I told the advisor prior to that date that I’d be staying with my car. While at the service counter delivering my car the advisor said it would take 1 1/2,to 2 hrs for the service . He was very nice. My concern isn’t necessarily with him, my concern is that the appointment took over 3 hrs. I would have appreciated better communication. I had to cancel an appointment for later that afternoon because of the extra time . There was nothing extra that my car required to justify the increase in time. I left the dealership not feeling like a valued customer. There were other people waiting in the waiting room that were getting anxious about the long wait too. My guess is that they didn’t have enough technicians for the amount of work they had scheduled. More

Lack of communication, over priced on parts and labor. Turnaround time was much too long. It took them nearly a month to hand my car back over to me, and I was over charged nearly $800. Liars, promised a rental car when car is in for warranty work. Promised a 2day repair, it was 2 weeks. Returned my vehicle not working. Returned my vehicle and it broke down on the way home.
