Waited more than 15 minutes before any service advisor even asked me if I had been helped. Advisor ignored what I asked for. They did a “complete diagnostic” and told me the car needed over $5,000 in part even asked me if I had been helped. Advisor ignored what I asked for. Never offered to do just some of the work or a discount and never addressed the recall that was the reason I took the car in for in the first place. When I went back to pick up the car, again the service advisors walked past me multiple times without acknowledging my presence. The sales department was no better. Tried to get information on a new Kia but the sales rep had little information on the car I was interested in. Even worse, they are adding nearly 20% “market adjustment” to new vehicles. I will never do business with them again. More
I booked an online appt for tires. Had an email confirmation, but apparently it did not go through. I went in for an oil change, I asked if they vacuumed the car and Kia said they will do it but the floor was not vacuumed. on that same day, I had the tire rotated. As I drove away, I checked the air pressur car and Kia said they will do it but the floor was not vacuumed. on that same day, I had the tire rotated. As I drove away, I checked the air pressure though the system on the car and the readings showed, 41psi = front (both), 38psi = rear (both). I had to release the air to 33psi to balance all of the tires myself. I have low confidence that the work was done properly. The service level is extremely poor and disappointing. More
