Had to wait 2 weeks to get in, even after calling and advising then that I believed the problem was serious and may lead to worse damage if not resolved. I called many days in advance and confirmed that they would provide us with a rental car if it was serious and was told yes. When I arrived for appt, was told that the appt was just too get my info in the system and they wouldn't look at it until the next day. I was also told they would not provide me with a rental. When I said I was promised a rental they said they couldn't speak for what other people at the facility say! After paying $160 for diagnostic, they confirmed my concern that we would now need a new engine... But they only install new, not rebuilt so would cost $8700! Not only that, but we'd have to wait at least a month to get the engine in. There wasn't one redeeming quality about this experience. Went under new management a couple years ago and it's run terribly now :( More
