I'm hoping this becomes my new "go-to" dealership for service and new cars. I like the people at this dealership including Deborah Harman in service. However they are extremely busy. The service took longer than expected but the quality of the work and the price paid seemed very good. I'm giving them good reviews except of the service time and communications. From my point of view the jury is still out for Kia of Round Rock. I'm disappointed in Kia in the way they handled the Lemon they sold me previous to this vehicle. They don't stand behind their product. I doubt my next car will be a Kia. More

Usually not one to leave reviews. But after being hung up on multiple times by the service department I decided it was time to do so.
