Our Sales Consultant, Roland Cepeda, was amazing to work with, he made our buying experience the best I've ever had. Roland made sure to help us find exactly the car we wanted, he never put us under any pressure and delivered on every expectation. I would highly recommend working with Roland. Overall, the experience at the dealership was awesome, everyone was very friendly and helpful and the completion of our deal through the finance office was smooth and extremely efficient with no after-sale pressures. I went to Round Rock Kia to purchase my first new car. I traded in my 2010 Ford Fusion for a 2020 Kia Rio. Jose was great to work with and did a great job getting us approved at a monthly payment we I traded in my 2010 Ford Fusion for a 2020 Kia Rio.
