Disabled Army Vet treated like royalty by Chrystal Graven at Southwest Kia in Round Rock!!! Military Veterans, by nature can sometimes be skeptical of anything that seems "too good to be true." I walked in at Southwest Kia in Round Rock!!! Military Veterans, by nature can sometimes be skeptical of anything that seems "too good to be true." I walked in to the dealership and admittedly I was not expecting a "yelp worthy" event. However, Chrystal Graven- Superior SalesSHEro, went above and beyond the call of duty to not only find the vehicle I wanted...( and believe me... with my medical conditions- it was HARD to find)... but she persisted and within 24 hours, she found it!! Not only was it the color and make I wanted... but it had ALL of the bells and whistles I desired... and MORE!! Dare I used the "H" word? YES!! I am... HAPPY!! Better than happy... I am EXHILARATED with the stellar service I received from Chrystal Graven... C-H-R-Y-S-T-A-L-G-R-A-V-E-N is THE BEST!! I purchased a gorgeous 2020 Sportage EX and my daughter purchased a 2020 Soul, from Chrystal because SHE is the absolute best and most professional, most knowledgeable, most personable Sales Rep in the building!!
