DONT TRUST!! GREEDY!! EXACT REASON CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE A BAD NAME! I was PLANNING on buying a 2021 Hybrid Sorento today. I explained how I attempted to by the EXACT same make and model at another Kia de A BAD NAME! I was PLANNING on buying a 2021 Hybrid Sorento today. I explained how I attempted to by the EXACT same make and model at another Kia dealership for $36,764 but lost out because I didn't get there in time. Well THIS time they had the EXACT same make/model/color as the other dealership. I was eager to purchase as its my wife's birthday tomorrow and wanted to surprise her. Unfortunately, this dealership is MUCH greedier then others. Not only were they not willing to honor the other dealerships offer but they quoted me over $41k on a vehicle that has a MSRP of less then 38K! Clearly this dealership preys on the foolish that are actually willing to pay over MSPR! If you are...I'm sorry for you! New cars lose 15-20% driving them off the lot...so to expect someone to pay OVER MSRP is ridiculous and highway ROBBERY. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! I will do all I can to make sure NO ONE I know or in my sub-division of Santa Rita Ranch goes to this dealership. More

I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento from Southwest Kia of Round Rock, a year and a half ago. I was happy with that vehicle and the Sevice warranty provided by Kia, I no longer have that my Vehicle. My Sorento was hit & totalled while parked, in front of my home, by a drunk driver. So, I went right back to Southwest Kia, seeking another vehicle, because of their Great Service, they have provided Me before. I was greeted by Kia Sales Rep.
