I called this location yesterday around 6pm in the evening to view availability on a Cadenza sedan. Spoke with angel the sales manager in charge working Saturday evenings. He assured me that he would email or text me more information. I was ready to come purchase the vehicle today. I never heard anything back and they closed at 8pm. I filled out all my info online so I could be contacted in the morning. Finally received a text from Alex ceik about the vehicle and before I know it the vehicle is sold. I was already half way to Roundrock from Plano. This is the most inconsiderate, unreliable, unprofessional, fake, dishonest, and inconsistent Kia dealership I've ever contacted. The communication is horrible and the manager is very inexperienced. If I could have put a deposit down I would have but I was never given the opportunity absolutely unbelievable. Avoid this waste of time with this unprofessional and inexperienced manager. More
