After a week of my car being in the shop nothing was addressed. A complete waste of time. I offered a video showing what was wrong with my vehicle but my Service advisor declined to view it on multip addressed. A complete waste of time. He was unable to duplicate my concern himself so he didn't have it fixed dispite the VIDEO. This was just one of many this that went wrong with my Service visit last week. More

The main reason I wouldn’t recommend this dealership is because I could not reach anyone in the service department when I called. I left three messages in a 14 day period and no one called me back. When I finally was able to talk to someone I was told to bring my vehicle in for service without having an appointment. This is subpar for any customer. More
