Service advisor missed every deadline. He failed to do a proper search for parts. I was told he'd look for oem and aftermarket part. But only came back with the oem part. Which ended up being $1300 differen proper search for parts. I was told he'd look for oem and aftermarket part. But only came back with the oem part. Which ended up being $1300 difference it was just a terrible experience not to mention my car was there for 45 days. More
