My car buying process was a good experience with this dealership, however, the follow up has been extremely disappointing and misleading. During my finance deal I was told by my finance specialist that b dealership, however, the follow up has been extremely disappointing and misleading. During my finance deal I was told by my finance specialist that because I purchased the extended warranty plan that it included lifetime oil changes. We then further discussed how often and when to service. My salesman also discussed this with me again as he was showing me features of my car. Fast forward several months later, I go for my first oil change and the customer service rep informs me that there is nothing in the system about the oil change deal. I proceeded to call and left messages with my financier SEVERAL times, but never received a call back. I then had to proceed contacting customer service, which is why I’m sure I finally got a call back from my financier MONTHS later. He admitted that he couldn’t remember the deal or me, but adamantly denied discussing the service deal with me. The call ended with him stating that he would speak with the manager and call me back. I still have not received a call back, and it’s been a week. It feels as though this was a bait and switch situation and it had been extremely frustrating not to mention costly for me. More
