The salesman was great. Unfortunately the finance manager was not easy to deal with. He was unwilling to let me finance my vehicle with my credit union although I was already preapproved. I ended up manager was not easy to deal with. He was unwilling to let me finance my vehicle with my credit union although I was already preapproved. I ended up financing with a bank at a higher interest rate. The finance manager would not allow the vehicle to be registered in my home county. He refused to sell me GAP insurance. I think he was upset that I refused the extended warranty. It was a very unpleasant experience. More

As usual, it was flawless! 2:00 scheduled appointment for routine maintenance and state inspection. Arrived at 1:50 and was told it may take over 2 hours because it was very busy. I was offered a ride home b routine maintenance and state inspection. Arrived at 1:50 and was told it may take over 2 hours because it was very busy. I was offered a ride home but decided to wait. My soul was ready AND washed in less than 90 minutes!! Service advisor Jason Armendariz was amazing, Always giving me updates and an easy person To work with. Don’t lose him!
