Door fuel got stock back in December 2022 and took my car to Kia of Round Rock. They opened it but did not fix it and scheduled an appointment for 01/05/2023. Took the car back to the dealer but they didn't fix it because the fuel door was working just fine. Three days later, on Sunday 01/08/2023 fuel door got stock again and with the help of friend and a HAIR COMB we were able to open it. Car is going back to Kia of Round Rock tomorrow Monday 02/09/2023. They better fix it or replace it whole. More

The staff is helpful, but BE WARNED this location adds SERVICES to their cars that are NOT optional. Once they explained these add-ons it was clear that they were services, services by definition are optional. However, it is standard practice here to add NitroFill (free at Costco even without a membership), PermaPlate (basically Scotch Guard), and LoJack. They call them hard add-on services, and will not remove them. The car is otherwise a fine vehicle, which is why my recommendation is to wait until the market becomes more of a buyers market before you buy. Likely summer '23 or beyond. More

Pulled and replaced engine, returned vehicle dirtier then when it was dropped off, didn’t even bother doing a wipe down as the interior was completely disgusting inside. AC was not working after engine insta when it was dropped off, didn’t even bother doing a wipe down as the interior was completely disgusting inside. AC was not working after engine install and dealer inspected vehicle stating there was a ripped AC line and 600 to replace it, AC worked perfectly before dropping vehicle off. Took to another mechanic and it just needed to be filled. Will never shop or recommend this location to anyone. More
I had scheduled an oil change for 2:30. I arrived a little after 2:00 and was immediately taken care of. The service manager told me there were a couple other cars in front of me and it may I arrived a little after 2:00 and was immediately taken care of. The service manager told me there were a couple other cars in front of me and it may take until the end of the day. I understood and sat down in the waiting area. Just 30 minutes later they were done. Best experience ever. More
I bought a used car on Thursday 12/22 and on my drive home the car started to pull and was not driving the same as when I test drove the car the day before. Due to the holidays I was not able to get in contact with anyone until Monday 12/26 by that time the check engine light had turned on already. I was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I live in Gonzales, TX and on the way to the dealership a message on the dashboard popped up stating that the transmission was hot. I get there and leave the car on and by the time someone from the service department came out the message was gone. I was advice that when the message pops up again to take right away to an Auto Zone to have it scanned and then call them with the codes. Is this really how Kia does business? No one has time for that!! I had to take time off work to be able to purchase the vehicle and then again to take it in to have it "looked at" they didn't even hook it up to the computer to try and get an understanding at what is happening. I am starting to think that they were already aware that there was something wrong with the vehicle and failed to inform me before purchasing. I understand that I bought a used car and that it was sold "as is" but It's not fair that I worked so hard to be able to purchase a car and I start having problems with it as soon as I drive it off the lot. I had originally decided to go to Round Rock Kia because I thought they were a reputable dealership but unfortunately I'm quickly finding out I was soo wrong. More
