I was told basically get the paperwork from the bank or bring the car back because THEY lost the title to mine. Please don't waste your time here. More

She's by far the most respectful, honest, caring, and loving person I know as a sales person. I can honestly say that I'm amazed. I have never had anyone at a Kia Dealership to ever make me feel like a real family member like she did. If anyone is looking for the best deal and complete honesty then she's the sales person for you. I can't thank her enough for helping me purchase my 2014 Ford Fusion. More
Sold me a lemon! I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage. I was really excited to finalized the deal, had everything I was looking for in a vehicle, only to be in the I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage. I was really excited to finalized the deal, had everything I was looking for in a vehicle, only to be in the service center less than ONE month after purchasing it. Car has been back 4 times for the same issues. Every time I have been told, "we fixed the issue and shouldn't happen again". Car is still in the shop, going on a month now, waiting on some "engineer" technician to pull a miracle on my car. I have expressed how the issue is a safety concern and how they need them to make it right by replacing the vehicle. Seeing how my car lagged and went down to 6 mph on the freeway and would not accelerate. They could care less. The director of service dept, openly told me, i dont want to realease ur car just quite yet cause i feel like its a safety hazard also, but now hes been coaxed by higher ups and is saying they definitely have it fixed now, but still have it wait in this magical technician. They never have loaners. I guess I'm "fortunate" to be in this xxx forte, even though I'm definitely paying for something way nicer. DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE! Waste of time and definitely a waste of money. More

Veterans beware!! If you are a VETERAN PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ROUND ROCK KIA!! I called ahead of time back in February stating I was looking for a good commute car that is If you are a VETERAN PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ROUND ROCK KIA!! I called ahead of time back in February stating I was looking for a good commute car that is reliable. With 3 kids and a wife, I’m the main source of income. When I arrived at Kia in Round Rock I was greeted with "Thank you for your service we here at Round Rock Kia will take great care of you and have some cars lined up for you to look at" Those words stuck and made me feel really good about my choice to choose Round Rock Kia. Fast forward to this week 4 months after getting the car, it breaks down with a little over 60K miles and needs a new transmission. Talked to management (Brandon) who pretty much said you declined our warranty so too bad soo sad. The warranty that was suggested to me for 1 would have expired already and 2 was overpriced for what they was offering. I did have money set aside for normal things such as leaks, tires etc. But not… a new transmission. My car is a 2014 and there should be no way a new transmission should be needed if I followed the manual for maintenance. The car I traded in was from a mom and pop shop and lasted me 267K miles! But I can't get a car that last 60K miles at a certified dealership?? I find that very hard to believe and Round Rock Kia has lost all my trust. I guess after they got my $14,200 dollars that's when "taken care of a veteran" went out the window. Now I have to fork over another $3700.00 dollars to them to get my car fixed. Great job Round Rock Kia, Great job. I should have stayed with the mom and pop shop. At least they know how to really treat their customers and their vehicles last. Since I’m stuck and have to give Round Rock Kia more of my money I guess I’ll just wait on the corner while they fix my car with a sign that reads: Honk if you support Veterans since Round Rock Kia surely doesn’t. Liars, sold the car right out under me!!! I see that these guys get pretty good rating but looks like a lot of "first and second time buyers". Wasted hours upon hours (10+hrs, research, phone I see that these guys get pretty good rating but looks like a lot of "first and second time buyers". Wasted hours upon hours (10+hrs, research, phone calls and round trip drive), talked to them 6 times in a single day 830am- 215pm when I said I'll be up there around 5pm to sign the paperwork because it will take me that long to drive up there and through Austin traffic got a call 5 minutes before arriving at the dealership informing me that the car was sold! With family and all in tow and braving bad weather, floods and rain and these guys had the nerve to pretty much say too bad so sad! That's what you can expect from them because they see you just as a number! I understand the business aspect and I'm one out many who will visit this dealership. I just want to let everybody know how these guys will treat you, especially veterans cause I'm a retired veteran... working with USAA to get these guys removed from preferred dealership list! Wrote an email letter to the general manager and have yet to hear from them! NO STAR !!! had to mark 1 star! but really NO STAR!!! More

brand new soul with only 3500 miles cost me $600 in loss of My 2015 Soul purchased new only had 3500 miles on it and would no longer accept gas when I tried to add to my half tank. I researched and found this is an issue with Souls that goes back to at least 2011. I was the only customer in the service line when they opened at 7am. I purchased the vehicle and an extended warranty along with a service plan. I drive as a temporary job so each day without my vehicle costs me $150. Not only did I not get a call about my vehicle as promised' but when I called the service advisor he attempted to blame the problem on me. In addition, he stated that he cannot get the part for this common problem for another 3 days! This was unacceptable so I called back to speak to a service manager but was sent to her voicemail. That was Saturday at 11 a.m. It is now 10 p.m. on Monday and I am still waiting on my callback. Stay far away from this place. I have consulted an attorney regarding my $600 loss of income; they should get my attorney's so It for my loss, emotional anguish and attorney's fees by the end of the week. Apparently I am not the first person who has been treated badly by this company More

Latonya was my sales person and she was very helpful. She even rode to my house with me to see if the beast would fit into the garage. It didn't, but I still bought it. She helped with ordered side rails for it too.(needed a step stool to get in it ) She spent most of the day with me, because I didn't make a fast decision. MEagan in the service dept also very helpful with the transition. More
