He gets the deals you would need, He pushes hard to ensure when you leave, and you leave with what you want and for the right price and always with a smile. Robbie has deserved a promotion for years with his dedication. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience like Robbie has given me. Aaron Ismail and Alex Bedolla are truly great at there job at the finance department. I will continue to buy from Kia. I will say that I am super stoked with the new 2018 Kia Niro that I have now. Ken was was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient with us. We do things as a family and he had to put up with three adults and two grand kids. Ken, without hesitation, puled up car after car to show us as we had little changes in our preferences. We finally decided on a loaded Sorento and the decision was made with tremendous help from Ken but totally without pressure. When we were through with the purchase, we saw Ken not only as a Kia sales representative but also as a friend.
