I went to the Round Rock dealership after visiting other Kia locations looking for a low mileage Kia Optima EX. This facility was modern and very comfortable. Alex was very personable and brought the exact car I was interested in to an enclosed showroom out of the cold and wind. The car was in exceptional condition with no issues. There was no pressure during the sales or purchasing process. Both Alex and Chase were very personable and professional making sure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend. More

Too good to be true! I went in to the dealership with no expectations because my credit is TERRIBLE. I almost went through Road Loans because I didn't have faith in getting "REAL" financing. When I arrived Robbie greeted me as a friend not just a customer, and after a brief needs assessment, showed me a few vehicles that all worked wonderfully for me. And after a very short wait, I was approved! A very good deal all in all. And beyond that the management was extremely helpful with all of my questions. Not a hint of the usual sleeze that you get from some dealerships! Would absolutely recommend their incredible team to anyone shopping for ANY kind of car! More

However, this is the third car I've purchased in the last 3 1/2 years. I've loved the cars I've had but for different personal reasons needed to upsize to a bigger car. Robby has helped me each time with my purchase. He has consistently given excellent customer service. He knows both me and my sister well and goes out of his way to ensure we are satisfied. This time was not different. Robby helped me find the best car to meet my needs. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for this time around and made some great recommendations. The financial piece was the least stressful I"ve experienced at Round Rock Southwest KIA thanks to Chase. He made the process flow smoothly and was very polite, friendly and professional. I've never had such a positive experience when it comes to the financial piece in purchasing a car.
